This is an architectural and interior design studio. The service we provide starts with a deep analysis of the context and client’s needs to come to an original “tailor made” concept within budget . The goal is to combine the best functionality and aesthetics through a design which integrates specialized disciplines with a particular attention to every constructive and decorative detail, taking into account the appropriate procedural process for timing and costs control.
claudia montevecchi
Claudia Montevecchi was born in 1967 in Bologna, lives and works in Milan. She graduated in 1993 in engineering at the Bologna University, in 1993 she collaborates with Whitby & Birds Engineers in London and from 1994 with Gregotti Associati International. From 1996 she collaborates with Techint S.p.a. and from 1998 with De Miranda Associati. In 1999 she sets up the BASTIANELLO MARCHETTI MONTEVECCHI architecture firm which, in 2001, wins the international competition “5 squares for Milan” and realizes Anita Garibaldi square in Baggio (Mi). From 2001 to 2004 Claudia has collaborated with MCA, Mario Cucinella Architects to the renovation of a building complex in Via Bergognone 53, Milan. From 2004 to 2006 she is the project manager for the realization of the seven stars hotel TownHouse Gallery in the Milan Gallery. From 2006 to 2011 collaborates with Infrastrutture Lombarde S.P.A. on various Regione Lombardia’s projects , design and realizations of public buildings. Particularly involved in the renovation of the 31° floor of the Pirelli palace, restructuring of the Pirelli palace’s parking garage, feasibility study of the new Courthouse and Prison “city of Justice” of Milan, redevelopment of the district “del Sarto” and restructuring of the building n.4 Ex Manifattura Tabacchi (former tobacco factory) in Milano. Since 2011 till today she has worked primarily in architectural and interior design and creating her own projects some of which have been published on the works section of this website.
