restoration of ruins in the ligurian hinterland

This is a very cool place, ancient, rustic so italian! The renovation was complete from the foundation to the top roof a very big work to give back to the building his structural stability and safeness. The interiors have been the real source of entertainment. I mean that designing the new layout through the 4 floors creating a vertical cut for the stairs made of steel in a very light and essential shape was the matter and the subject of the passion that this place has inspired me. And also the big search of the authentic materials and components like doors and floors and treatment of the walls was really interesting to give a new original life to this house. Enjoy the pictures!
